1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

DEISTER SOFTWARE SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:

⦿ Sending of commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers, with whom they have reached some promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

⦿ To carry out market studies and statistical analyses.

⦿ To process orders, requests, respond to inquiries, or any type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.

⦿ To send the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions from the CONTROLLER.

For what reason can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR in the following way:

⦿ With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

⦿ For the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: carrying out market studies, statistical analyses, and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or while legal prescriptions require their custody, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except: legal obligation, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

⦿ Right to withdraw consent at any time.

⦿ Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and the limitation or opposition to its processing.

⦿ Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION
PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USER, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly and freely accepts without any doubt that their data is necessary to process their request. The CONTROLLER
will indicate which data are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If such data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided fully meet their needs.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for
communicating any changes to them.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

Que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las normativas vigentes en protección de datos personales, el RESPONSABLE está cumpliendo con todas las disposiciones de las normativas RGPD y LOPDGDD para el tratamiento de los datos personales de su responsabilidad, y manifiestamente con los principios descritos en el artículo 5 del RGPD, por los cuales son tratados de manera lícita, leal y transparente en relación con el interesado y adecuados, pertinentes y limitados a lo necesario en relación con los fines para los que son tratados.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
