Who is responsible for processing your data?

DEISTER SOFTWARE SL is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What is the purpose of processing your data?

⦿ Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers, with whom they have reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

⦿ Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimate under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

⦿ For the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal retention periods, and when no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization or complete destruction of the data.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties, except in the case of a legal obligation, or if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by the applicable privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
BY THE USER

The USER, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accepts that their data is necessary to address their request. The DATA CONTROLLER will indicate which data is required to provide the USER with optimal service. If such data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which the data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
